Multistore Duplicate Problem

Hi, I am running a multistore installation, running 3 stores using the Pavilion theme, where the default store and store 2 work fine, store 3 is just a copy of the default store regardless of how much I change the settings store 3 remains an exact duplicate of the default store.

I am wondering whether there may be a common setting I am missing, I can provide URLs and login details if necessary.

Yes, we will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

OK, the details are as follows…

You will be able to see that the default store and 2nd store work correctly (nothing has been configured yet and most features remain default), however you can also see that the 3rd store is just a clone of the default store.

Hi,

You have forgotten to put a / at the end of the third store url:

Was:

http://site.com

Should be:

http://site.com/

We’ve put the slash for you and now everything works fine.

Thank you for that… I didn’t notice… oops, quite a novice error.

Do you know why the store logo isn’t appearing for the 3rd store though?

Hi,

There is a Max width of 1px set for your logo for the third store in Theme Settings > Styles. You need to either set it to 0 (no max width) or put a greater value.
