My theme not work properly

I just bought a this wp theme, and when I install and active the them, it not show properly and it look like some CSS missing. And also, I can’t import the XML file.it was fail. BTW, I install this theme under multi site which is wpmu.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
