Hi,

I just purchased Shoppica and am sandboxing it in a brand new WP install with no plugins. I installed the sample data and I see all that stuff in my admin panel, but the results are not formatted at all.

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

Hello,

We need ftp details, not wp login details.

We see there is errors in your dynamic css file which is caused by server, but we cant see what is the problem without ftp details.

Is there a settings file that I can upload to make it look like the one at

My test site with a brand new install has all the stuff on the footer in one big column.
