I get the following message when opening my website “Warning! You see this message because Shoppica 2 is not properly installed/configured. This happens usually due to one or more of the following reasons (1) You have not installed the Shoppica 2 module… (2) You have not properly updated the index.php… (3) You have not replaced the opencart core files…”
I’ve checked the first two, but have no clue how to replace the core files. Can someone help?

I have read the directions and installed everything accordingly. When I try to log on to my website I still get the Warning! message. I installed the Shoppica 2 CP module, I’ve updated the index.php in the public_html folder. I do not know how to replace the opencart core files. What shall I do? I am at a total loss at this point.

Hi,
OpenCart core files are in the theme package and you only need to replace existing ones, when prompted.
We can take a look at the problem, but we will need website url, admin and ftp access.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

I am following up on my posts from Sept 12 to see if you’ve had a chance to look at the problem I was having with my installation.

Hi,
We’ve reinstalled Shoppica for you and now everything should work fine.
