Pages automatically being added to the main menu

Ive noticed that pages are automatically added to my main menu in shoppica which really is not that big of a deal except for if you are using Mijireh secure shopping when you reach a point of ordering and it goes to the secure page it automatically adds the link to menu bar. Is there a way to keep this from happening	camaross2005
