Is the problem fixed? If not please explain it better.

I really hate to “Ping Pong ” , for the past 2 week I’ve been trying to resolve this issue . If you are not able to resolve please just refund my money and case is closed . In additions , I have installed Ajax Content Navigator , it looks like your theme is not capable to handle anything , if you can please adjust it too I would really appreciate this .

Hello,

1) You didnt describe you wanted to put custom sidebar to product page. This is not possible and there is specific widget area for Products page and categories (woocommerce limitation).
Please try to describe your problems better.

2) We will need the ftp access, so we can check why the plugin is not working.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
