Hi,

the product/shop page is always empty, when I change a product, sometimes even when I do not mess with the products. The shop is online and is quite embarassing situation. Please help!

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Hi,

whenever I change something to products, the product/shop page on live site is empty. I have to go to woocommerce setting again and save the pages tab. The the products are shown in the shop page again. I’m not sure about english version (i have a two language site – WPML) but this is always happenning in defaukt Slovene language…
