Hi there,

I currently have opencart 1.5.4.1 and shoppica 1.0.16 installed, which everything is working perfectly. I was looking to change over to shoppica 2 because of more options in the theme, but I when I followed the instructions and uploaded shoppica 2 for 1.5.4.1, it does not display correctly. All the styles are gone, seems like its not getting the css files, not sure tho. Everything is in one column with no styles.

I have updated the index.php and also shoppica 2 files as provided, I’ve also activated shoppica cp 2 and decactivated shoppica cp in the modules.

Could you advise? Thanks :)

Hi!

First, sorry for the late answer. Could you please provide more information about your site ? We would neeed access to the admin area, so we can change to Shoppica 2 and see what’s wrong.

Hi,

We’ve tried to switch to Shoppica 2 for a while, but we got the warning message:

1) You have not installed the Shoppica 2 module. Please, go to admin panel, enter Extensions -> Modules, find ‘Shoppica 2 CP’ and click ‘install’.

2) You have not properly updated your index.php file. It should contain these two lines (near the end):

// TB
$controller->dispatch(new Action('common/tb', array('front' => $controller)), new Action('error/not_found'));

3) You have not replaced the opencart core files (system/engine/controller.php and catalog/model/setting/extension.php) with these provided with the Shoppica package.

We suggest to check every one of the three steps. You can get some additional information about modifying the index.php in Shoppica 2 documentation.

Best,
ThemeBurn team
