Loving this template design and layout! Big UPS! But got a problem…

I just purchased and installed the WordPress Shoppica (shoppica_wp_v.1.2.2) on my site http://www.vetnetsupplies.com/staging/ and getting the following error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/vetnetsu/public_html/staging/index.php on line 3

I’m clueless to what this is and thought it would be a simple install. Please help!

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I uploaded the shoppica files without installing wordpress as I thought it was a complete package but read the installation guide saying you need to install wp first. All good with this prob but got some more probs which ill post shortly.
