Hi ThemeBurn,

I finally managed to launch my website with Shoppica installed and everyting was looking good until my site was taken down by my hosting stating that my site was using too many resources.

When Checked the support ticket that was created my hosting told me the problem is:

Your account, or a portion or feature of it, has caused an overload on one of our servers. As you are on a shared hosting environment, we must maintain certain levels of performance for all customers on the server. This is monitored by us and we send these notifications out when we notice that a certain account is causing a load on the server degrading performance for everyone else.Your home folder was limited to FTP access only due to excessive CPU usage.

Your consumption of CPU resources:

I have deactivated all plugins and have had to revert to my previous site to get it back up and running but every time I activate the WordPress site with Shoppica my hosting tell me the server is being overloaded.

Please let me know if you have heard of this issue with Shoppica before.

Hello,

Can you please share your hosting parameters?

Also, We will need the website url and admin access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

Thanks for your message.

I would like to launch the site again but every time I do they shut the site down again.

Are you aware of any plugins that might cause an overload when Shoppica is installed?

Hello,

Did you try to disable woocommerce and test only with Shoppica theme?

What is the traffic of the site each day, and do you use any automatic feeds?

Thanks for your message.

I have not tried the site with WooCommerce disabled because my whole site depends on the plugin.

The site currently receives about 1200 visits a day and I don’t think we are using any automatic feeds, but not sure as I don’t really know what they are.

Hello,

Please try to test it with Woocommerce disabled (if possible) because woocommerce can be the problem for overload.

We are still trying to find if this is a problem with the theme and how to fix it.

Best,
ThemeBurn team
