Theme looks like it hasnt any css

When i upload the zip file by the wordpress it doesnt work, and there is no error message, it just appears “Are you sure you wanna do that ?”

THen, i updated the theme by ftp, it apeeared nromally as a theme and a activated it. But the theme looks like that:

Ive tried to reinstall the wordpress three times, re-upload the theme but nothing worked. Also, i didnt install any plugin.

I tried to respect the forum rules, sorry for any mistake

We will need the admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

It really is working now , but now i uploaded the theme to my actual website http://www.inforteltelecom.com.br and i see this message

“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 103809024 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /nfs/c10/h05/mnt/148003/domains/inforteltelecom.com.br/html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1545″

I host my website at mediatemple, is there anyway it can be fixed ? Because i want to change my template to shopicca and i keep seing this error message.

I solved it now, and the theme activates normally, but the products page doenst appear, and it appears an error message:

“Fatal error: Call to undefined function prima_container_width() in /nfs/c10/h05/mnt/148003/domains/inforteltelecom.com.br/html/wp-content/themes/wpflexishop/wpsc-single_product.php on line 3″

Why is that happening ?
