Upload a file – when adding to basket

When I try using the upload file on one of my products, when you click “add to basket” the item doesn’t appear in the top right, and it doesn’t appear in the cart until you refresh your page, do you have any suggestions on how I could get this to work?

Hi,

Could you provide some more information? We may need the website url, admin and ftp access as well.
You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.
