Upload image button disappear

After a fresh install of the theme the upload image button disappear from the administration panel. Shoppica with the button “add media”, “help”, add a thumbnail “disappear … So with the default theme everything goes well. My wordpress is up to date

Hi,

We will need the website url, admin and ftp access, so we can check.

You can use hidepost to share private information with the support staff.

I have the same problem. Buttons, “help”, “html”, “add a thumbnail / media” have disappeared since the theme is activated.
Please a solution, I have published my site Friday …

I am also having the same issue, as well as the screen options tabs not appearing at the top. Can you help please?

Previous fix, fixed the screen options tab too.
